How much does it cost?
Our prices are extermely competitive starting at just $1.95. The price changes depending on your requirements such as number of databases and size (in megabytes) of database(s). For a full price list please view our price page, found here.

Where is my data stored?
Your daily data is stored securely in our U.K data bank across a number of high performance servers. Once a week your daily data is archived into a weekly data vault. At this point we store your data both here in the U.K and also in the U.S. Your daily data is replicated to various storage mediums. This is to ensure we still have the most recent backups of your database if the worse were to happen.

How do I access my data?
If you need to access your data you can do so easily and quickly for free from within your client account pages. In most cases your data will be available for instant download. For those of you with larger databases you are welcome to request your data to be posted to you on DVD. This service is available upon request from just 99c per DVD.

Do you need outsite (remote) access to my database?
Not entirely... you only need to enable access to your database server to our backup servers. This means no one else can get in other than us, we can help you set this up, it's straight forward and easy so no worries there.

Are their any specifications of my server?
Specifications are minimul. You need an internet connection, plus either remote access to your MySQL server OR PHP support.

How long do you keep my data?
We keep your backups upto date in our data bank for the life time of your account with us. Even if you chose to pause your account, we will keep your old backups untill you chose to fully close your account or reactive your backup service. If for any reason you have missed a payment on your account, your data will be kept for upto a year however future backups my not proceed.
