Hows does it work?
We keep our service as simple and as hassle free as possible and here is how it all works.

Personal Account Agent
When you open an account with us you are allocated your own personal account agent. It is the agents job to answer any questions, keep you happy and oversee your backups. Although the backup system is automated it is setup manually, to make sure it goes through without a hitch, it is your personal agent that takes care of this. They also monitor your backup and check it daily.

Setup
There are a numbers backup methods that we use to fit your system. You tell your server to expect our IP address (we can help you with this) and once a day it backs up your database and sends the data to our servers. The only configuration details we need from you are very short and only required once, theres really no messing around. When you create an account with us for the first time you answer just a few questions regarding the configuration. Additionally we encrypt any passwords or sensitive data and never give out or sell our clients information.

Backup Process
This is the great part. Once a day, every day our backup system will perform a backup of your database(s) silently, in the background. You don't notice this happen as we keep it clean. Once we have backed-up your database(s) each day an email is sent to you (optional) to inform you that your data is safe. That's all you need to know, everything is in the background and there is absolutely no work or worry for you. Our daily backup system is checked and monitored each day by highly trained staff. We can also often repair your database(s) if they have become damaged from your website or milicious attacks.
