Right to Refuse
We reserve the right to refuse service or to cancel any service if we find the data or connection to be harmful to our systems or the outside world. We may cancel you service without prior warning. An explanation will always be offered upon request. Any previous data can be accessed upon request providing it is not of illegal content.

Downtime
We make every effort to make MySQLBackedup.com available 24/7 and your backups including in that availability however in times of service errors or technical difficulties the MySQLBackedup.com and/or your backups may be unavailable. We do not offer refunds or partial refunds for such downtime.

Backup Verification
Your backed up data is verified to confirm the backup file is not corrupt however you, the client are responsible for confirming to yourself that the data we backup is correct, and without error. We will not be held reconcilable for missing, faulty or inaccurate data.
